As an intermediary, RedBlazer maintains brand integrity, guaranteeing authentic products and reliable services. Sellers display goods with prices and location, uploading products to our website. Buyers make payments through the online channel provided (paystack) and notify us. Items are delivered to buyer and upon confirmation and customer satisfaction, vendors are paid less service charge. Only genuine products are allowed. Counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods are strictly prohibited. Sellers must provide accurate information, and buyers are protected through dispute resolution. Read our refund policy. By using our platform, users agree to these terms, fostering a trustworthy environment.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any orders at our discretion if there is an error or stock issue.

3. Payments

We accept online payments via secure payment gateways. Full payment must be made at the time of purchase or booking.

4. Returns and Refunds

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if they are unused and in their original condition. Customised or tailored items are non-refundable unless defective.

5. Laundry and Dry Cleaning

While we strive to handle all garments with care, we are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, such as weak fabrics, stains, or dye instability.

7. Vendor Commission

Vendors who list and sell their products on the RedBlazer marketplace agree that the company shall take a commission of 10% (ten percent) on every successful sale made through the platform. This commission is automatically deducted from the vendor’s sales proceeds before payout.
