REDBLAZER Return Policy
At REDBLAZER, we prioritise customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. What you ordered is what you will get. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy ensures a smooth process for returning eligible items. Please read our return guidelines carefully before initiating a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7–14 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with tags and labels intact.
- Products such as personal care items, undergarments, perishable goods, and digital products are non-returnable.
- Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process
- Submit a Return Request – Fill the Return Request Form with the appropriate information required.
- Provide Details – Upload clear photos of the item showing its condition and explain the reason for the return.
- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and approve or reject it within 48 hours.
- Ship the Item Back – If approved, return the product using the instructions provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Receive Refund or Replacement – Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process your refund, store credit, or replacement within 5–10 business days.
3. Refund & Exchange Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the customer’s preference. The cost of the return will be borne by the buyer.
- Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products. If the exact item is unavailable, we will offer a similar item or a full refund.
- If the return is due to customer error, the refund will exclude shipping fees.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately at hello@redblazer.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a free return or replacement at no cost to you.
5. Vendor-Specific Return Policies
Since REDBLAZER is a multivendor marketplace, each seller may have their own return policies. Please check the seller’s return policy before purchasing. If a seller does not have a specific policy, our standard return policy applies.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within the estimated time, please check your bank or payment provider.
